What happened
You read it right. Been with my company 3+ years. Constant praise for my work and work ethic… one day in the past 3 years I forgot to email a file I was supposed to check, it’s nothing important just some bullshit regulatory thing to say “yes we review this” it takes 2 seconds of my time to review. I didn’t sen the file Excluded From Oscars I">because I never even received it from the person that I have to chase for it every day… A less than 0.01% rate of making a mistake or “forgetting” The result?
