Job Switched Us Over From Microsoft to Google

I work for a semi-large and well known company (will not disclose the name) and in an effort to save money/cut costs they switched us over from using Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. The transition has been awful and very poorly received as NOBODY wanted this. It was also not clearly thought out either as ALL of our internal systems use Microsoft Edge (and before that Internet Explorer) and really old .CSV files to function.
