Brigading

Definition

When a group from one online community coordinates to flood another community with votes, comments, or reports. Brigading is against the rules on most platforms but hard to prove and enforce.

Example

The post went from +500 to -200 in an hour after it got linked in a rival subreddit. Classic brigading.
